• Double vanity installation with updated fixtures, mirrors, and lighting

Deck Rebuild

• Demolition of the old deck structure
• Construction of a new composite deck with modern lines and extended seating
• Installation of a custom pergola to create a shaded lounge area
• Finished with outdoor furniture staging to maximize usability and curb appeal
